THROTLE WAS A GLUED MESS
The pedal throtle was covered in silicone sealant in such a way that it was totally unusable, as it did not move at all. There was silicone covering the hinge and sides of the device, and it can't be moved, as a pedal is supposed to be moved . I had to carefully peel off all the silicone glue, and that take me almost one hour. The peeling of the silicone glue took off also the painting. After the silicone was retired, it worked well, as so far . Can't uderstand why the manufacturers put so much silicone sealant on it. Motor, hand throtle , and controller worked ok.

    Really works well on my recumbent trike. This is used with a 255W solar panel and 20A charge controller. Together they provide a perfect source of transportation that is carbon neutral. I plan to add a second solar panel to make it completely self supporting without having to ever plug it in to recharge my batteries. This was just an experiment to see if it would be possible to have dependable transportation without having to have a combustion engine to supply power or to have to use my own body as a powertrain for travel to and from local businesses. I live just 10 miles from town and this is a great alternative to burning fuel in my pickup. Next step is to enclose the trike for a truly year round form of transportation.

    Good luck connecting. These connections are improperly marked and I'm having a doozy of a time trying to just get the connections for the motor to work with "speed adjustment". Due to no actual reference guide it's kinda difficult
