Good padding
Bike seat cover has some good padding and cushion. It takes some stretching to get it on, then it velcro's criss cross under the seat. Comes with a cover( looks like a shower cap) to go over your seat when not in use. Feels a lot better now when I ride my bike, allows for more time to ride because my butt doesn't get as sore.

    I have recently taken up biking for exercise and my biggest issue (as anyone who does much biking can tell you) is getting saddle sore. There are so many positives about biking, but that is a huge negative. While not perfect (I'm not sure anything can be), this did help with the saddle soreness. I did have a little bit of an issue with it. We cross several streets where we have to get off and walk the bikes and then get back on. At one point, when I swung my leg over, I apparently jostled the seat, and it was a little skewampus for the rest of the ride. I thought I'd done something, but I couldn't figure out what until we stopped the ride and l was able to see it from the back. Other than that, I liked it.
