    I just acquired this tool from another merchant, and it's every bit worth the price. Sure one can "jimmy" an alternative solution. Yet nothing beats having the right tool for the job. I used this on a cheap Salcano Excel MTB that has a 3P (119mm) fixed cup bottom bracket that just wouldn't budge. Var makes a similar tool that's top-end and costs as such. This tool you'll find from $105 - 120. Huge savings! It's made it Japan and comes well lubricated and quite sturdy.

    I rarely write reviews. But, in my experience, sharing my story could help one avoid the pains I went through to arrive at this point. Hope it helps.

    難攻不落と言われた最大の難敵に我々は完全に勝利した！しかし、その道程は長かった…

    安物クロスバイクのクランクセット交換に伴い、せっかくなのでカップ&コーンのBBもカートリッジ式の良い物(タンゲ製)に交換する事にしました。左ワンは引っ掛けスパナで難なく外れましたが、右ワンは小判型(？)の物で厚みがない。大型のモンキーで外そうとしたが滑る！ホームセンターででっかいスパナを買ってきたがこれでもびくともしない。ハンドルを延長したり、ショックレスハンマーで叩いてみたが、ワンの厚みがないので、力を加えると簡単に滑る！このままではワンのエッジがだれてきて、本当に外れなくなってしまうぞ…

    ネットで紹介されている方法も色々試してみました。左ワン側からボルトで固定して外す方法でも上手くいかず、途方にくれていた時、目に入った記事が、「右ワン外しのリーサルウエポン！」藁にもすがる想いでこちらの商品をポチりました。

    説明書通りにセットし、「えいっ！」と力を加えれば、いとも簡単に右ワンが外れたんです。この時の感動ときたら。我々は右ワンに勝利した…

    確かに値段は高いですが、右ワンが外れた時の感動を考えると、個人的には買って良かったと思っています。これ程満足感のある買い物もなかなかないですよ。まあ、次に使う機会がいつあるのか？という疑問もありますが、右ワンが外れずに路頭に迷う方には是非とも使っていただきたいアイテムではあります。

    という事で星５つ！

    【追記】

    次に使う機会がいつあるのか？なんて書きましたが、その日は突然やってきました！

    嫁の折り畳み式シティサイクルのBBがカップアンドコーンだったので、カートリッジ式BBに交換しようとしたところ、右ワンが六爪仕様だったので、専用工具を持っていない私は、「どうやってワンを外そうか…」と思いネット上で紹介されているいろんな方法を試しました。が、これがまた外れない！

    遂に、「六爪用の専用工具を購入するか…」と自前工具での取り外しを諦め、専用工具をネット上で探し始めたのですが、これがなかなか見つからない。どうしようものかネット上で路頭に迷っていると、M16ナットの六つの角が六爪に上手くはまるという記事を発見。これなら投資金額も少なくて済むし、一度試してみるかと、M16ナットとボルトで右ワンを挟む方法を試みました。しかし、ボルトが短かったため、左ワン側から上手くナットに通す事が出来ず、ソケットレンチを購入しようかと考えていたところ、思い出しました！「ホーザンの右ワン回しのハンドル側は、確かM16だったはず！」

    ホーザン右ワン回しのワンにはめ込む部分を取り外し、左ワン側からハンドルを挿入。そのままハンドルを時計回りに回して行けば面白い様にハンドルが回り、右ワンはいとも簡単に外れました。右ワン側からモンキーやスパナで回すより、左ワン側から通したハンドルを回す方がよりスムーズにワンを外せると思います。

    「使えるなぁ、これ…」

    評価は星5どころか、六つや七つあげてもよいくらい、個人的には気に入りました。最強です！

    かなり固く締め付けてあったようで、潤滑油をスプレーしててもハンドルが短いのと材質が弱く曲ってしまった。
    パイプレンチにパイプで柄を長くして噛まして回したら、何とか外すことができた。

    どうしても外せない方は、他の工具を破壊したりと回り道せず、最初からこちらの工具を買う事をおすすめします。
