    I'm a long time user of Pedro's products and this is a repeat buy of the degreaser for me. I use it all over my recumbent trike as needed but I specifically like it for cleaning my chain and rear cassette. I use a wax based chain lube and this stuff works very well in cleaning the whole power train. I've never seen damage to any of the various surfaces it has been applied to either. It has a pleasant odor and I like the fact that it is citrus based. No need to look for anything else in my opinion.

    I bought this product to clean up my old road bike, and I was amazed by how well this stuff works. Not only did I save the mess of a spray degreaser, but it cut through old road grime much better than I expected, and it cleaned up small areas of rust effectively. It wipes off easily and leaves very little residue. I definitely recommend this product, and I'm sure it has many applications outside of bike work.

    I just finished cleaning the chain on a bicycle that I bought at an estate sale. It had been sitting in a barn for at least 20 years. To give you an idea of it's condition, it is a Trek 1400 Aluminum road bike, and I bought it for $12.00. I had to remove the chain from the bike and soak it in penetrating oil to get it to flex. It was that gunked up. Get the condition picture? I used Pedro's Oranj Peelz in a Filzer Chain Cleaner (CC-2), and that chain looks like it is brand new. Highly recommended for periodic maintenance.

    I bike regularly, weather permitting, and plan to use this at least once a month to keep my every day bike in good operating condition.

    I tried most chain cleaners and found that they did not work that well. This one takes off all the grit and old chain lube quickly and efficiently on my mountain bike. Right now I am using a waxy chain lube (Squirt) and it does well even on that. Dump some on a brush for the cassette area and the chain rings. Hose it off, let dry and the chain is spotless.

    This citrus degreaser is amazing! I remember dreading cleaning my chain because of the chemical stink of degreaser years ago. Pedro's changes all that, it smells great. I don't really look forward to cleaning my chain, but I don't dread it now. Just fill the Finish Line Shop Quality Bicycle Chain Cleaner to the line and back pedal about 20 times. My chain was pretty dirty, so I emptied out the dirty cleaner and repeated the process a second time to be sure. And everything looked great after that.

    The headline says it all. This "degreaser" is watered down and fails to significantly cut grease. For other degreasers I have used, a little goes a long way. For Pedros, you need to use a ton of it in multiple wash, rinse, repeat cycles. So the Pedros doesnt go to waste, I only use it to wipe down my bike frame if it isnt too dirty.

    同じPEDROS社製のチェーン洗浄装置「チェーンピッグ」で使用しています。チェーンの油汚れやゴミが面白いほどよく落ちます。匂いもオレンジ風でかつ、これは個人差があるかもしれませんが私には他の洗浄剤で起きた頭痛を呼ぶものではありませんでした。ただこれは、「チェーンピッグ」を使うことで、短時間で洗浄でき、気化した成分の吸い込みが少なくなったからという可能性があります。
    成分が自然に分解されるため使用後に水で下水に流すことが可能ということで、道路でチェーンを洗浄し使用後はホースで流しています。同じメーカーなので「チェーンピッグ」との相性が良いと考えますし、現にチェーンは簡単に綺麗になっていますので、この「オレンジピールズ」一択になります。
