- Reviewed in the United States on May 1, 2025I love this. It's a bit pricier than some others, but worth it. Easy to set up and take down, it clamps firmly on to a bike frame and holds the bike at whatever height you need. It can rotate in different directions as you work, and is very sturdy on the ground. It never tipped or had any balance issues. Seems sturdy and well-constructed.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 5, 2025For an at home mechanic as myself this stand is perfect. Holds the bike well in place and the stand itself is very sturdy.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 24, 2025Works my E-mtb weighs 55 lbs it does sag on me a bit but it holds on
- Reviewed in the United States on August 21, 2014I almost didn't buy this stand based on a review that said the 360 degree rotation did not work properly; this thing relies on pressure related tension in order to keep its position. I watched a guy on youtube use his stand and the bike would not sit horizontal for anything! He was really wrenching it down too.... I do not have this issue in any way. I set mine up and installed an ultegra front-derailluer immediately upon the stand's arrival! There was no issue at all getting my bike to sit perfectly horizontal. Now I am a bigger guy and I am capable of some serious torque... if your a sissy you might look elsewhere! My bike weighs 20 lbs, my wife's bike weighs around 25 lbs, no problem there either.
I even kicked the bike up into a position in which the tires were over the top of each other, completely sideways, all while gripping the bike by its seat post. It was clear to me that this position put an exponentially greater amount of force on the stand-arm... so I don't think I will be hanging my bike like that very often. I only did it this time out of shear curiosity. I see no issue with this stand at all. I mean it is not a tank, it is not the most indestructible thing in the world, but I am very picky and it is good for me. I was not going to buy it simply because I thought that the bike would not sit perfectly horizontal while being gripped by the seat post. That's the only reason I was turned off... But it is doing real good for me and I will be keeping it.
WATCH THE WAY YOU POSITION THE LEGS; the bike should be hanging over two legs and not just one. I am worried that the swivel may wear down after a while and that it might not hold well afterwards but I don't see why the tension would change any in any way unless some material wears off. I don't think it will happen or that it is even possible but I will update this review if it ever does.
I have been trying to install that front derailluer correctly (with minimum chain drag at the extremes) for three days now, all with the bike turned upside down on a table. I got it re-installed and re-adjusted perfectly in ten minutes today... I could see things clearly and I was capable of finding my mistakes immediately. You should definitely buy this thing if you want to do serious repairs and maintenance on your bike. I am very happy with the result and I certainly would recommend it!
- Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2020This stand is very stout. I do find that it can be a little unstable if you do not position your bicycle just right. However, if you do find that sweet spot it is great. The stand itself is of very solid materials and it is strong enough to hold my MTB which weighs about 31 lbs. Once it's in the stand and balanced you can crank the pedals and it remains stable. I always clamp my seat post and never the top tube. Also sometimes I clamp with the seat post perfectly vertical so that the wheels are angled downward and sometimes I clamp with the seatpost angled back so that the wheels are level depending on what task I may be doing. Either way, as long as you make sure the bike weight is positioned correctly over the feet it is stable and solid for work.
I did have a breakage issue the very first time I used it however. It is an odd breakage, but a breakage nonetheless. The upper tube extension clamp blew out. The inner wall of the actual clamp itself blew out when I tightened the thumb bolt. The piece that broke acts as back pressure for the thumb bolt and allows the clamp to tighten on the extension tube so you can raise or lower your bike. Once this broke I couldn't tighten that clamp meaning I couldn't raise the top extension to get the bike off the ground. I could have switched the position of the nut and bolt to achieve the same clamping effect but to be honest I thought with the blown out piece the clamp itself was compromised and there would be a failure elsewhere. However, I took some photos (also provided them in this review) and sent them to customer service via email. I received a response immediately from Feedback Sports. They wanted a proof of purchase and serial number of my unit. I provided that information to them and they sent me a new clamp mechanism right away and also sent me a link on how to change it out. In fact it arrived 2 days earlier than the ETA I was given.
All that being said I am very happy with my purchase. This is a solid well built bike stand and their customer service is fantastic. Maybe I just got a bad clamp on mine from the start because it was definitely an odd break, even the rep from Feedback said so. They jumped right on the warranty and made things right.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 9, 2023My previous stand was a cheapie, V legs. It was sturdy enough for washing the bike and lubing the chain, and, if careful, adjusting the derailleurs. It did not hold the bike rigidly. This stand, admittedly twice the price but not much heavier, is rock solid. I had no trouble removing the pedals, including the obligatory for me, trying to turn the wrench in the wrong direction, tightening instead of loosening. So quite a bit of force was involved. The stand adjusts easily in both height and angle the bike is held. I am short, 5'3", and I can raise the height of the bike to where it is hard for me to lift the bike. It also folds and unfolds easily. The only complains are that I have to lift the bike up with one hand while the other tightens (or loosens) the clamp, which is a bit of work, and that the clamp is a little too long for the seat post on my wife's bike, which has the seat post extended only a short distance.

5.0 out of 5 stars Strong and stable
The stand appears well made from durable materials and not too much plastic. I have an e-bike weighing approx 24kg and attached it to the stand via the seat post, with the front wheel on the ground (to take a little weight off) and used it to adjust my rear derailleurs. The stand was great - easy to set up and pack away, and very stable with my bike on it.
