I got this one and a Kenda John Tomac Signature Series Nevegal Mountain Bike Tire (DTC, Folding, 26x2.1) to compare. The Kenda is my overall favorite, while I love this one in wet weather. There have been a number of issues with flats, which are surely related to my Michelin tire, but I don't know yet why. Overall a good deal for money and mud.

    Awesome tire for the price! These Michelins are superb for off road use, and offer a great tire pattern. I've been using these tires for about 6 months now and there just starting to wear. The sidewall is solid and sticky and can easily be relied on when the trail becomes slopped in weird angles. At first I was confused on why this tire has a smaller diameter, but it functions perfectly when the trail gets muddy. The mud going capability is awesome, the skinner tires actually allow the passing of mud and debris while the knobs maintain traction. It slips through the mud with ease. Great prompt shipping and will be buying this product again.

    just received these today and I rushed out to put them on I'm a novice at mountain biking just started to ride and these tires where my first upgrade. theirs defiantly a difference between these and the stock no named tires that came on my hyper havoc from Walmart.they make it very easy to ride and turn in the mud and soft sand or dirt,the tread is aggressive and soft like I hoped I'm satisfied so far no complaints.

    I purchased the tire to fit a 26x2 cart rim, which was a replacement for the existing tire (different make though). Unfortunately, what I learned is that Michelin tires are the hardest to get on any rim and they are too small for the cart rim. I'm stuck with the tire now and disappointed...

    Went thru and tried many tires and combinations of many diferent price levels over the past twenty five years and I always go back to these. They work great for New England trails being confidence inspiring in wet conditions along with mud, rocks and roots. I run them @ 32lbs front/rear with only maybe a snake bite flat 1x per 500 miles. I use them front and rear according to directional arrows. No matter what the terrain is when going down hi speed sections, I can totally rely on them. If your trails are somewhat groomed/dry/hardpacked and ride a little pavement, try the Michelin Country Trail. They are more quiet along with a little bit less rolling resistance than the mud series.

    Come logico, una gomma adatta a fango ecc. ha l'handicap nei terreni duri, rocciosi e asfalto. Anche se ha le spalle rigida, la gomma è leggera e " delicata" nei lati, tacchetti molto morbidi che si consumano in breve tempo, un consiglio:se usate come gomme tuttoterreno equipaggiarsi con comete d'aria antiforature, come ho detto sono gomme leggere e delicate e un aiuto con un antiforature aiuta molto.
